• Verification documents: Compensation plans, offer letters, quota letters, W‑2s, commission statements, pay stubs, CRM exports, payroll reports, and other evidence you upload to support your application.
• Payment information: Name, billing details, and limited payment card information needed to complete your purchase. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (such as Stripe) in accordance with their own privacy policy. We do not store your full card number.
• Communications and feedback: Information you provide when you contact us, respond to surveys, or interact with support (for example, questions about your application or certification).
• Marketing preferences: Your choices about receiving product updates, newsletters, or other marketing communications from us.

Information we obtain from third parties

• Employers and recruiters: In some cases, we may receive limited information from employers or recruiters who are verifying a SalesMark ID or who invite a candidate to apply.

• To process payments: Complete transactions, detect payment fraud, and send receipts.
• Research and development: Analyze how the Services are used, improve the verification experience, and develop new features. We may create aggregated or de‑identified data for these purposes.
